I’ve talked about this before, how advertising and many products are almost aimed directly at certain types of OCD. Usually the contamination/washer types (like me). While I would probably not by this mouse unless it had some other cool features. I can actually see some practical applications for it. Medical setting etc.
Of course I get pretty excited thinking about what else they could put these nano particles in. Germ killing clothing. Oh my.

Yeah, I saw that article too.
Germ killing clothing would be good and I’d like my cellphone to have that surface and also my guitar, desk, all my books, my keys and… lol :)

…and doorknobs, steering wheels, everything in public restrooms and well, anything that I come in contact with that somebody else might have had contact with. Ah, what a wonderful world that would be.
One can dream.
Of course if that were to come about and somehow the “what if’s” and “yeah but’s” of OCD were answered and i came to believe that contamination was no longer a threat, I just have to wonder what the OCD would morph into. Cause it sure wouldn’t be cured by that.

Exactly, it would just move on to something else.
