OCD does not produce the fears we have. Those we have learned. OCD just lives there. It lives in what we fear, or feeds on what is most important to us in it’s twisted and damaged way. And that is why OCD obsessions can quite literally be about anything. But while the content of the battles we fight with our own mind may be different the battle is exactly the same.
