I must apologize for the lack of posting here lately. Things are more insane then usual. I continue with the build out of the loft and have most of the rough framing done. The rough plumbing is finished and almost all of the rough electric is as well. Once I have the building inspections done early next week the skylights go in and then the fun really begins. I’ll be insulating and hanging drywall.

To compound the problems in posting my new Internet connection went south, way south last week. I should be getting 6000kbps down and 359 up. I have been getting the 359 up no problem but the down has been between 8 and 160. reminds me of the old 300 baud modem days. I have had the cable company techs out here three times this week. No joy. But this morning for whatever reason it is working just fine. Go figure. But I’ll take it.
