There are times, most days actually, when I am sitting watching TV and the advertising seems to be aimed directly at my OCD. Anti bacterial this and anti this that and the other thing. And while I suppose this makes some sort of sense, after all most OCD fears are ordinary concerns and fears that everyone has, they have just taken on a life of their own, it does seems to be aimed directly at those of us with contamination fears does it not?
